Community Guidelines

These Uhpenry Community Guidelines (“Guidelines”) form part of the Terms of Service and are binding upon all users of the Uhpenry platform (“Platform”).
By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to comply with these Guidelines in full. Failure to do so may result in enforcement actions, including but not limited to account suspension or termination.

1. Respectful Conduct

1.1 All users must engage in professional, courteous, and constructive interactions.
1.2 Criticism shall be directed at ideas, projects, or content, not individuals.
1.3 The following conduct is prohibited:

• Personal insults, harassment, or targeted abuse.
• Sarcasm, trolling, or inflammatory remarks intended to provoke.
• Retaliatory actions against other users for reporting or moderation activity.

2. Developer-Focused Participation

2.1 Content posted or shared on Uhpenry must be relevant to development, design, software tools, gated-source projects, or related ecosystems.
2.2 Users must not post:

• Non-development-related spam or advertising.
• Off-topic links or unrelated promotional materials.

3. Fair Collaboration

3.1 Users must respect all applicable project licenses, intellectual property rights, and contributor terms.
3.2 Booth operators monetizing gated-source projects must deliver the features, access, and support as advertised.
3.3 Misrepresentation of a project's functionality, scope, or licensing is prohibited.

4. Booth Responsibilities

4.1 Booth owners, creators, and moderators must:

• Maintain clear rules for participation.

• Enforce moderation fairly, including removal, editing, or locking of non-compliant content.

• Promote inclusivity and beginner-friendly engagement.

  4.2 Booth operators are responsible for the conduct and compliance of all members acting on their behalf.

5. Reporting and Enforcement

5.1 Users must report violations of these Guidelines or the Terms of Service through the Platform's reporting tools or by contacting support@uhpenry.com.
5.2 Public escalation of disputes is discouraged unless required for legal or safety reasons.

6. Prohibited Conduct

6.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on or in connection with the Platform:

• Hate speech, discriminatory remarks, or threats of violence.
• Harassment, stalking, or unauthorized disclosure of personal information (“doxxing”).
• Distribution of NSFW material, illegal content, or malicious code.
• Exploiting the Platform to mislead, defraud, or abuse trust.
• Circumventing account limitations, security measures, or payment systems.

7. Investigation and Actions

7.1 Uhpenry reserves the right to investigate any reported conduct using booth-level activity logs, transaction records, and relevant contextual data.
7.2 Depending on the severity and frequency of the violation, Uhpenry may:

• Remove content.

• Restrict or suspend accounts.

• Remove access to marketplace listings or team booths.

• Permanently terminate accounts.

  7.3 Users subject to enforcement may submit an appeal in writing to Uhpenry within 14 days of notification.

8. Platform Authority

8.1 Uhpenry retains sole discretion in determining whether conduct violates these Guidelines or the Terms of Service.
8.2 Decisions made by Uhpenry regarding enforcement are final, subject to applicable law.

9. Amendments

These Guidelines may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the Platform following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Guidelines.
