By uploading, publishing, or otherwise using AI Code on Uhpenry, you agree to comply with the provisions of this Policy, in addition to the Terms of Service and all other applicable policies.

  4.2 All risk of using AI Code rests solely with the user. Uhpenry disclaims any liability for damages, disputes, or enforcement actions arising from AI Code usage.
  4.3 Uhpenry reserves the right to remove AI Code, suspend accounts, or take enforcement action against users who violate this Policy.

5.1 Violations of this Policy may result in:
