Bullying and Harassment Policy

Policy addressing personal attacks, bullying, and harassment on Uhpenry.

Uhpenry is committed to maintaining a respectful, inclusive, and professional environment for all users. This policy outlines what constitutes bullying or harassment and how such behavior is handled.


Zero Tolerance Policy

Uhpenry does not tolerate any form of:

  • Bullying
  • Harassment
  • Personal attacks
  • Threats
  • Hate speech
  • Discriminatory or abusive conduct based on race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or any other protected attribute

Definitions

  • Bullying: Repeated, unwanted aggressive behavior intended to intimidate, degrade, or humiliate another user.
  • Harassment: Any unwelcome conduct that creates an intimidating, hostile, or offensive environment.
  • Targeted Abuse: Directing attacks at a specific user, including coordinated efforts across projects, comments, or messages.

Examples include but are not limited to:

  • Insults, name-calling, or ridicule
  • Posting private information (doxxing)
  • Repeated unwelcome contact or stalking behavior
  • Coordinated harassment or dogpiling
  • Mocking someone's projects, ideas, or background in a malicious way

On and Off Platform Behavior

Uhpenry may take action based on abusive behavior that:

  • Occurs on Uhpenry, including in comments, discussions, reviews, or project pages
  • Happens off Uhpenry (e.g., on GitHub, social media, or email) but targets Uhpenry users and creates a hostile experience within the platform

Enforcement

Violations may result in:

  • Immediate content removal
  • Account warnings or suspensions
  • Permanent bans
  • Revocation of monetization privileges
  • Reporting to relevant authorities in severe cases

Uhpenry reserves the right to investigate and act on any reports of harassment, even if not explicitly covered above.


Reporting Abuse

To report bullying or harassment, do so via via uhpenry.com/report or email support@uhpenry.com. Include any relevant links, usernames, or screenshots. We review every report confidentially and in good faith.
