Appeal and Reinstatement Policy

Outlines Uhpenry's procedures and limitations regarding account suspensions, enforcement actions, and appeals, including the deprioritization of appeal review.

This Appeal and Reinstatement Policy (“Policy”) governs Uhpenry's handling of enforcement actions, including suspensions, bans, restrictions, and the review of appeals.
By using the Uhpenry platform (“Platform”), you acknowledge and agree to the terms set forth herein, as well as our Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy.


1. Enforcement Actions

1.1 Uhpenry may impose enforcement measures without prior notice, including but not limited to:

  • Temporary or permanent account suspension or termination

  • Removal of projects, listings, or Snapgates

  • Monetization or payout restrictions

  • Suspension of community or collaboration features

    1.2 Enforcement will be applied where Uhpenry determines, at its sole discretion, that conduct:

  • Violates applicable laws, our Terms of Service, or other binding policies

  • Is harmful, fraudulent, abusive, deceptive, or disruptive

  • Threatens the security, integrity, or stability of the Platform


2. Appeal Review Is Deprioritized

2.1 Uhpenry's primary operational resources are allocated to platform security, infrastructure development, and user experience improvements for compliant users.
Accordingly, the review of appeals is a non-priority function.

2.2 Uhpenry makes no guarantee of review timelines for appeals. Appeals may take several weeks or months to review, or may not be reviewed at all.

2.3 By submitting an appeal, you acknowledge that no expedited review service is offered, and delays are to be expected.


3. Appeal Submission Process

3.1 If you believe an enforcement action was taken in error, you may submit an appeal by email to support@uhpenry.com containing:

  • Your Uhpenry username or a direct link to the affected project/Snapgate

  • The nature of the enforcement action

  • A concise and respectful explanation, including any relevant evidence or context

    3.2 Appeals must be factual, specific, and free from hostile or abusive language.
    Appeals that do not meet these requirements will be dismissed without review.


4. No Right to Reinstatement

4.1 Submission of an appeal does not entitle you to reinstatement or reversal of enforcement actions.

4.2 Uhpenry reviews all enforcement actions internally before applying them, and reversals will occur only in rare, well-documented, and substantiated cases.


5. Abuse of the Appeals Process

5.1 Abuse of the appeals process, including but not limited to repeated spam submissions, threats, harassment, or knowingly false claims, may result in:

  • Permanent loss of appeal privileges

  • Additional enforcement actions, including account termination

    5.2 Uhpenry reserves the right to forward abusive or threatening communications to relevant authorities.


6. Future Appeal Handling

6.1 Uhpenry may in the future implement automated moderation logs, self-service dashboards, and structured appeal tracking systems.

6.2 Until such systems are implemented, the appeals process will remain slow, selective, and deliberately limited in scope.


7. Acceptance

By using the Platform, you accept that enforcement actions may occur without prior notice, and that appeals if reviewed will be reviewed only when operational capacity permits, with no obligation on Uhpenry to respond within a defined time frame.
