Reporting Guidelines
Be Specific
Include exact details about what happened, when it occurred, and who was involved. Mention specific dates, times, usernames, and locations where the issue occurred.
Provide Evidence
Screenshots, links, and other evidence help us verify and address the issue more effectively. Whenever possible, include multiple pieces of evidence to support your report.
Stay Factual
Focus on observable facts rather than assumptions or interpretations. Describe what you saw or experienced directly, not what you think might have happened.
Be Timely
Report issues as soon as possible after they occur for the most effective resolution. Recent incidents are easier to investigate and address.
Be Comprehensive
Include all relevant details in your initial report. This helps our member understand the full context and respond appropriately without needing to request additional information.
Maintain Privacy
Do not share personal information about yourself or others beyond what is necessary for the report. Redact sensitive information from screenshots when possible.

Contact SupportReporting FAQs – Uhpenry
Can the reported party dispute my report?
Yes. Uhpenry encourages both sides to resolve disputes directly first. The reported user or project owner has a limited window to respond or clarify before we step in.
What happens when I file a report?
The reported item is temporarily hidden from public view. Both parties are notified, and if needed, Uhpenry will intervene after the dispute window.
Can I delete or undo a report I submitted?
No. Once submitted, reports are logged permanently to maintain transparency. If you made a mistake, you can send additional context to support@uhpenry.com.
What if my report was false or made in error?
False or malicious reporting can result in warnings or account penalties. We assume good faith, but repeated misuse will be flagged.
Will I be notified of the outcome?
Yes. You’ll receive a resolution update once the report has been reviewed, whether it's resolved between users or escalated to Uhpenry.
Does reporting affect my account?
No, unless your report violates our policies. If Uhpenry intervenes and finds the report abusive or fraudulent, it may lead to restrictions on your account.
