Uhpenry Subprocessors
Authorized third-party subprocessors that may process personal or customer data on behalf of Uhpenry.
This Subprocessor Policy (“Policy”) describes the third-party subprocessors authorized by Uhpenry (“Platform”, “we”, “us”) to process customer data on our behalf.
Customer data includes any data provided by users or customers while using Uhpenry, including personal data as defined under applicable privacy laws, including the GDPR, CCPA, and other relevant data protection regulations.
By using Uhpenry, you acknowledge and agree that your data may be accessed, processed, or stored by these subprocessors solely for the purposes described herein.
1. Subprocessor Overview
1.1 Uhpenry relies on established third-party service providers to perform critical operational, infrastructural, and functional services.
1.2 These subprocessors may process customer data only to the extent necessary to provide their services to Uhpenry.
1.3 Uhpenry conducts due diligence to ensure that all subprocessors comply with applicable data protection laws and maintain appropriate technical and organizational security measures.

3. Legal Entity and Data Processing
3.1 Uhpenry operates as an independent platform and currently has no subsidiaries.
3.2 All customer data processing is conducted under the direct coordination and control of Uhpenry and its authorized subprocessors listed in Section 2.
4. Subprocessor Updates
4.1 Uhpenry may engage additional subprocessors in the future.
4.2 Users will be provided with at least 10 days' prior notice of any new subprocessor that may have access to customer or personal data.
4.3 Users are encouraged to review this Policy periodically for updates.
